Christmas Delayed

One day last week, Craig was still awake when Craig's Dad arrived home from work. As soon as Craig's Dad walked in the door Craig came running out of the bedroom wearing his Mum's hair thingy on his head. Unfortunately, Craig coughed just as his Dad took a picture.


Craig wanted to show off his new Christmas present that had travelled all the way from Canberra, a kookaburra!


Craig coughed again when his Dad tried to take a picture that would show the kookaburra a bit more clearly. The cool night air was annoying Craig's throat.


Then Craig wanted to show his Dad a lego car that he had made while Craig's Dad was at work.


Craig's Mum's fabulous new phone has photo editing software that allowed her to make a close-up of Craig's cheesy grin. Pretty cool, huh?


And, then it was time for bed.
