For a long time now, Craig's favourite pre-bedtime snack has been banana. Recently, his parents tried to allow Craig to eat his snack by himself. So, Craig's Dad bent back the top part of the banana peel and then made sure Craig held the bottom part.
Things went well at first.
And Craig was pleased to be in control of things.
His bulging cheeks tell the story of a boy who was pleased to be feeding himself.
Big mouthfuls were no problem, so long as they happened one at a time.
After the banana he had some crackers. He likes to hold one untouched cracker in one hand, in this case his right hand, while polishing off several others one-handed.
In between crackers he will use his hand to make noises similar to those we thought sounded like American Indians when Craig's Dad was a boy.
But eating the banana didn't go completely smoothly, as you can see in this video. Enjoy!

That is bloody funny. The look on his face when he realizes what he put in his mouth wasn't yummy banana, or not the right part of the banana at least... priceless.
And then his frenzied attempt to get the taste out of his mouth. Brilliant.
The banana will hurt my husband!!It's too big!!
Grace
smart kid!!!!
