He Never Lets Go

The small plastic spade that Craig's parents bought for Craig when they were at the beach in Kenting is now a firm favourite. Craig even likes to keep a grip on it when he's sleeping.

My one comment is that you should go now and buy some additional purple spades to keep in the cupboard. That way if he loses or breaks the purple spade, you will have a new one to give him straight away! There really is nothing worse than the first time they lose their favourite toy.
What great hair he has!

That is very sensible advise.

Craig's Mum has been working on this problem by occasionally hiding the spade. If he can't find it, Craig will pick up ether the plastic rake or sieve that we bought at the same place.

But, the spade is still the favourite by a long way and a spare one is a very good idea!

And, Craig's hair is a lovely light colour. It's the first thing that gets noticed when Craig is out and about. It is the main reason he receives so much attention, just like poor Maree did when she came here. Things are about the same here as they were when you brought Maree and Lizzie all those years ago.
